Role Description

As an Executive Assistant to Chief Marketing Officer, you will serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external contacts on matters pertaining to the organization's Chief Marketing Officer. Your responsibilities will include managing the CMO's calendar, overseeing and coordinating all administrative support functions, coordinating logistics for meetings & events, developing reports and proposals, conducting research, managing social media accounts, and performing other administrative tasks, all while keeping confidential information secure. This is a full-time on-site role located in Kolkata.

Qualifications

• Qualification: MBA Preferred, M.Com /BBA Will also do
• Skill set: Well versed in SAP/PPT/MS EXCEL, TABLEU etc
• Experience: Minimum 5-7 Years of Experience in EA for CXO in Large to Medium Corporate
• Age: below 38 years.
